Why is the Takeaway showing up in the
town listing but not when I search for it in a particular type of Takeaway?
The database has been compiled and edited to
categorise the majority of our entries, however, although our researchers
are adding and amending details daily, it is sometimes not possible to
categorise a particular entry by it's name. For example 'Jims Takeaway'
could be a Fish and Chip Shop, a Sandwich Bar, a Burger Bar, so until we
have verified it's category we do not include it in any particular type.
Therefore occasionally the Takeaway will be listed
in the Town search as that lists all the Takeaways in that area, but not in
the particular type as the Takeaway has not yet been categorised.
